The star ratings of the products on this site are determined by you and other shoppers who have purchased and used the product which is rated. We show you an overall average star rating which reflects our customers' honest opinion of the value, quality and usefulness of the product.

The ProSource Ratings System is a powerful and trustworthy tool you can use to maximize your physical development and attain your performance objectives.

Rules and Guidelines

• Our Customer Feedback and Ratings System is a service for Prosource customers who have purchased from us and has an active account.
• Ratings can only be submitted when there is record that the product was ordered from the person leaving feedback.
• Submissions should not exceed 1500 characters in length.
• While most submissions will appear on our website within 5 - 7 days, there may be instances in which it may take longer.
• Submissions should be honest and based on actual use of the product (suggested usage according to manufacturer's label).
• Personal opinions that are not relevant to the product it self will not be posted.
• Submissions will not contain any material that is obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, slanderous or injurious to third parties. Any other objectionable or questionable submissions will be reviewed and subject to deletion if upon decision is found to be in violation of Prosource Feedback and Ratings rules and guidelines.
• Email addresses, URL addresses, names, phone numbers or any other personal or sensitive information may not be posted in submissions.
• Misrepresentation, fraudulent or unethical use and/or abuse of the Feedback and Ratings system may result in the suspension of account.
• Prosource reserves the right to monitor, edit and remove any submission.
• Your feedback and rating submission gives us the rights for using it for any purpose.
• Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will not be posted.
• Your submission to the Feedback and Ratings System gives Prosource the right to use for any purpose, including but not limited to, sublicensing your review to others, such as the manufacturer of the product you are rating.
• By submitting your feedback and rating, you agree to grant Prosource and its subsidiaries a royalty-free, nonexclusive and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, use in other advertising, distribute, and display your feedback and rating submission throughout the world in any media. You also grant Prosource and its subsidiaries the right to use the name you used with the submission.
• You agree that your submissions are within Prosource guidelines and rules for Feedback and Ratings.
• You agree that you are in control and ownership of the content that you submit.
• You agree to indemnify Prosource and its subsidiaries against all claims and liabilities resulting from your feedback and rating submission. Prosource does not take any responsibility and assumes no liability for any submission posted by you or any other person or entity.
