Starting Weight: 200 lbs
Current Weight: 185 lbs
My Story: I have been at war with my weight and body since high school. I'd loose the weight and be in great shape then let it go again. I'm 36 and I'm getting married and I didn't want to get married looking horrible. So I got back in the gym again and worked my butt off. Now I'm in the best shape of my life and loving it. I look at my before pic, the way I looked when I proposed to my future wife, and I asked her "What were youu thinking?". But I guess that is love--accepting someone for who they are and not what they look like. But I guess her gamble paid off lol. I started with over 30% body fat now I'm 13% and still dropping!
