Transformation Challenge

Starting Weight: 441 lbs
Current Weight: 290 lbs
Time it took to complete Transformation: 14 months
My Story: I went to prison and while I was there I finally found a scale large enough to weigh myself. I saw 441 lbs and decided I wanted to be around to be a father to my kids, not to mention the best role model I could. I simply started walking, cut down on my portions and cut out junk food. I liked what I saw and then I added in some strength training and cardio and before I was done with my 13 month bid, I had lost 140 lbs. Since I've been home I've continued to workout, eat right and I am down another 12 lbs and counting!
