Time it took to complete Transformation: 3 months
My Story: My name is Tim Frazier. I lost 25 lbs. Iwent from 225 to 200 lbs. I had to get on a hardcore diet to cut everything up. I was 270 lbs a year ago.Thank god there is a gym open 24-hours! I have 3 kids I watch during the day until 3pm while my wife is working. Then I'm off to work until 11pm. After, I finally hit up the gym till 1am. It's tough but it's the only way to do it. Strict diet and lift some heavy weight haha. I love to snack on the pb&j Supreme Protein bars! I'm just glad I'm getting my weight back down and getting the muscle up!
