My Story: My name is Steve and I'm 23 yrs old. Me and the gym have always been best friends. At first all I was looking for was to be strong and big. That was very easy considering I never did cardio and being cut never crossed my mind. But one day me and my ex split up after more then two and a half years. Depression kicked in and the weight set in. After so long I finally said it's time for a change and just "do me". So it's just me and the gym. I hope to continue loosing weight and get ripped. Anyone can do it if they put their mind to it.
