Time it took to complete Transformation: 2 1/2 months

My Story: I have never worked out consistently or worried about what I ate and for a long time, I stayed thin. As I got older, I started gaining weight and felt out of control. I didn't like how I looked or felt anymore. I started by using a program called Chalean Extreme and after a few months, was not getting the results I was wanting as quickly as I hoped. I knew diet was 80% so in May I decided to take it to the next level and hired Ruben Sandoval of Fit to be in Your Kitchen for nutritional coaching. That is when things started to change in BIG ways! Between May and July, I lost 27lbs and went from a size 11/12 to a size 6. I was eating MORE than I had been before and the food was yummy and filling! I am so happy to use all that I have learned to keep moving forward and get amazing results in 2012. I can't wait to see how I look by this time next year!!
