My Story: After a health issue put me in ICU for a week, I decided I needed to make some changes. I started eating a healthier diet and began using proper supplements along with exercise. I lift weights and do various cardio exercises to build muscle and burn fat. I am now healthier than I have ever been. I no longer require any insulin and I feel great. It took a lot of hard work and determination, but with God's help and my family support I am continuing to improve my life. I am now concentrating on building muscle mass and maintaining a healthy weight.
