My Story: My journey in to the fitness world started at 119 lbs. I was that skinny kid that got picked on, girls were heavier than me, it was sad. Struggling benching 95 lbs, I continued and progressed with dips and wrong turns along the way I'm still in a uphill climb to achieve the Mona Lisa of aesthetics. Fitness became a passion of mine as I've learned a lot from doing the wrong things and little bit of the right. Fitness is a mind game, it's 100% mental and you decide who wins everyday. From the point you step into the gym or even outside, to the last rep you push out with all your might feeling numb to the world. Mind vs matter, which is why I love it.
