Transformation Challenge

Starting Weight: 155 lbs
Current Weight: 128 lbs
Time it took to complete Transformation: 1.5 years
My Story: I decided to train to compete for a bodybuilding competition shortly after my time in the air force and am now 4 days out from the show. This after picture, is of me 6 days out from the show. Novice division all natural NGA steel valley classic.
