Time it took to complete Transformation: 3 years
My Story: I played sports as a child then took a wrong turn in my life. I got into alcohol and eventually lost my freedom for an extended period of time because of it. The silver lining was I rediscovered my love of weights. Now I lift regularly and am a certified personal trainer. Lifting and the gym in general saved my life. This is not a typical transformation. It was over an extended period of time but the results were more than just physical for me. What you can't see if how it transformed my mind. I take a Kai Green approach to lifting...it is a spiritual experience every time.
