Starting Weight: 196 lbs
Current Weight: 153.5 lbs
My Story: Here is my transformation. I went from 196 lbs and fat to 153.5 and two 4th place trophies at my first NPC Bobybuilding competition inside of 18 months. I owe my brother the credit for inspiring me after I watched him win 1st in his weight at his first show. A lot of work, a strict diet and many phone calls to my brother/trainer and here I am. Lov ya Bro!!!
