My Story: After my 3rd child, I took a look at myself and was disgusted. I was 26 years old and felt like I was 50 years old. I decided now was the time to fix it. I joined my local YMCA and started dieting. I set up weight loss goals for myself and make sure that I hit everyone I set up. Was it easy? NOPE.. But I did it. Once I got down to a good weight, I started lifting weights. My husband was a huge help there. He powerlifts. I have great routines that I change up every few months. Over the months I have seen huge changes and it makes me feel great. Everyday I work harder and challenge myself.
