My Story: I actually have transformed twice. The first time I went from 280 pounds to 191 and competed in my first bodybuilding competition. After the competition I had a terrible rebound and within 7 months I tipped the scale at 315 pounds. This is when I decided that to get my act together for good. I started eating healthy with the assistance of my trainer Mike Smith and never looked back. Now I am a nationally qualified bodybuilder and plan on competing at the 2013 USA's. If I did it twice anyone can do it. Hard work, dedication, and consistency is the key.
