Starting Weight: 258 lbs
Current Weight: 203 lbs
My Story: I was always a big kid. Very athletic but always struggled with my weight. When I was about 15 I went on the Atkins diet. I lost about 30 lbs and then started working out. I packed on the size and by the time I was 20, I was pretty big. I trained my butt off throughout college to get that "huge" physique but never really did cardio or watched what I ate; I just wanted to get big! Once college ended I got a job and all of a sudden was consumed by work and had no time to train. Unfortunately I still ate like I was training and in about 2 years I got my weight up to 258lbs of fat!!! Finally I started to get back on track and lean down this happened January 2010. Now, as of Feb 2011, I am about 203 and training to get that lean hard physique.
