Starting Weight: 345 lbs
Current Weight: 270 lbs
My Story: In August of 2009 I reached the weight of 345 pounds. At this point, I lost much of my self esteem and my pride/ego. I decided to make a change. I started off with a trainer, ate very healthy, and trained very hard. Today I'm 270 pounds and recently ran a half marathon (with a very good time). During my transition I drank Myofusion and Myoplex protein shakes and utilized N.O. Shotgun energy drinks. I also ate (as snacks) Supreme Protein bars. As meals I would eat at Muscle Maker where my friends Rod (owner) and Chef prepared great wraps for me. This transformation has made me confident and it has brought back the self-esteem I once had when I was young. I'm now 34 years old.
