Starting Weight: 186.5 lbs
Current Weight: 165.5 lbs
My Story: Some friends and I decided to start our summer cutting season with a "Biggest Loser" contest. We decided to start dieting down in March and diet down until our annual vacation to Las Vegas in June. Well, we're approaching the home stretch as our trip is 4 weeks away, and all of us have made significant process in terms of dropping body fat and bringing out the abs! What's awesome is that the motivation level is through the roof since there's a couple of us participating. So I constantly have different workout partners so going to the gym everyday stays fun. Simply put, I feel like a newbie again and have fallen in love with training once again! Here are some Day 1, Day 30, and Day 60 progress photos! Las Vegas look out, we're coming soon!
