Transformation Challenge

Time it took to complete Transformation: 1 1/2 years
My Story: After college I was ok with not having to go the weight room and run sprints any longer if I didn't have to. So I enjoyed laying around and eating what ever I wanted. I played sports in high school and college at the University of Arkansas, so I was use to and taught hard work and discipline pays off, but I was tired of having to do it day-in and day-out. I got up to 315 lbs and found out that the athlete in me was going away when running around playing with the kids was a task. So that started my ambition to get back in shape and it has saved my life. I'm now a new person with drive and big goals ahead of me. Thanks for letting me share my story.
