My Story: It was November 2009. I have been gaining weight over the last 20 years. At this time I was 42 years old, 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighed 250 pounds. That was the year that reality set in. I was having a hard time bending over to tie my shoes. I was constantly sweating. I could set a plate on my stomach and eat off it when I was sitting down and to top it all off I had man boobs. I was embarrassed, humiliated and disgusted with myself. I was in a state of denial and depression up to this point. I decided to buy a gym membership, diet, do my homework and build the body I always wanted. Since that day, I have never looked back.
