My Story: I never realized, or wanted to admit, how severely out of shape I really was. It wasn't until I wasn't allowed to take a physical test for an employment opportunity due to my weight,blood pressure, and heart rate; I had failed as soon as I walked in the room! At my best friend's encouragement we joined a gym and never looked back. It has been a lot of trial and error, but with the assistance of some great people I have developed an exercise regimen that I enjoy and can thus sustain. I have also learned that "supplements" is not a bad word and proper nutrition is the fuel for the machine. It's been an amazing journey and I feel I have only begun my travel!
