Bodybuilding Recipe: Spicy Black Bean and Egg Burrito

Ingredients:
- tortilla (whole wheat preferably)
- 5 egg whites and one whole egg
- chili powder (season to taste)
- one-half cup of black beans (canned or cooked)
- 2-3 tablespoons of salsa
- one-fourth of an avocado
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream (fat-free)
Directions:
Use olive oil or coconut oil to grease a frying pan. First, scramble the eggs until they are completely cooked, then add as much (or as little) chili powder as you like. Stir in the one-half cup of black beans until warmed thoroughly.
On a plate, lay out the tortilla and with a spoon, fill up with the eggs and beans you have just cooked. Add the avocado, salsa, and sour cream to the top before rolling up into a burrito. If preferred you can leave the last three ingredients out of the actual burrito and just use them as a dip for the burrito. Both ways are equally tasty!
*If it's still not spicy enough for your palate, you can add jalapeno peppers or cayenne hot sauce for extra kick!*
