This healthy oatmeal blend can be altered in many different ways depending on individual likes and imagination.
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
Whole grain instant oats
Vanilla protein (such as NytroWhey Ultra Elite)
OPTIONS:
You can add walnuts, almonds, raisins or cranberries. I like to add granola and flax seed. You can add cinnamon or nutmeg to taste. Fresh fruit can be used, organic honey, peanut butter or try chocolate protein for a twist to your oatmeal. Enjoy it hot or cold. Or take it to go dry and add water for when your ready to enjoy!
Not just for breakfast but anytime.
