INGREDIENTS:
10 oz chicken breast tenderloins
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Lemon pepper
Barley
DIRECTIONS:
Season to taste. Bake chicken for 25 minutes in oven.
Prepare with a salad and a sweet potato for a filling and nutritional meal.
