BODYBUILDING RECIPE: image INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
8 oz. water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 scoops vanilla protein (whey works best) (such as NytroWhey)

DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth drink immediately.
