what is the best creatine out there?

I addressed this issue in the last catalog but realize it is an important one so I will be short and to the point. Are all creatine products created equal? The answer is a definite NO!

There are several forms of questionable creatine not backed by studies and even worse, cheaply made creatine that can contain many impurities and offer only negligible benefits. For example, in a recent study, it has been shown that there are many impurities in creatine originating out of China. Since Chinese creatine costs much less to import, the stuff has flooded the market and, chances are, you may have taken some in the past or have some in your house as we speak.

Currently, German creatine monohydrate is the purest available and this is confirmed by HPLC testing and scientific data. It also comforting to know that there is only one manufacturer of creatine in Germany, AlzChem Trostberg GmbH and they have branded their product as Creapure. All products that contain Creapure will carry their logo somewhere on the label. Look for that logo and you can be sure you are getting the best creatine available on the world market.
