The Item: IFBB Pro League Contest Results
The Scoop: Just announced: Over the weekend, IFBB Pro Stan McQuay marched his way into the 1st place winner's slot at the IFBB Detroit Pro Bodybuilding Championships held in Michigan. McQuay managed to forge ahead of Daryl Gee, who finished in 2nd place. Richard "Tricky" Jackson landed in 3rd place - a familiar spot for Jackson, who was competing in his 3rd show this year where he finished 3rd. The Top 3 finishers earned qualifications to compete at the Olympia 202 Showdown.
The "So What?": Many had predicted that IFBB Pro Mark Dugdale would easily earn a qualification to compete at the Olympia 202 Showdown in Vegas. Unfortunately, Dugdale finished in 4th place in Detroit; thus, he will not be given the chance to improve on his 4th place finish at the 2009 Olympia 202 Showdown.
Andrew Oye's verdict: The Detroit Pro closes the books on Olympia-qualifying contests for the 2010 season. Bring on the "O."
