The Item: Contest Results, New IFBB Pro League Cards
The Scoop: Just Announced: Over the weekend, Patrick Bernard won the Overall title at the 2011 CBBF Bikini, Figure, Fitness and Elite Bodybuilding Championships in Saskatoon, SK. In turn, Bernard, of Quebec City, earned an IFBB Pro card and the qualification to now compete in bodybuilding on a professional level.
The "So What?": Patrick Bernard has been grasping for an Overall victory for quite some time, racking up three 1st place class wins, two of which were gained by a single-point lead. Bernard's contest history:

2009 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships - 2nd Middleweight
2008 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships - 1st Middleweight
2007 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships - 2nd Middleweight
2005 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships - 2nd Light-Middleweight
2003 Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships - 1st Lightweight
2003 Canadian National Selection for the Slovakian Grand Prix - 1st Lightweight
