A Former Personal Trainer Gets His Ideal Physique Back

 John Deroba is an Electronic Sales Engineer these days. But in
his former career as a personal trainer, he was always being sought out
by people who were out of shape and wanted to make a change in their
lives. John would help them set goals, give them the eating and workout

John when he recently found himself in the same position as some of his
