The Item: IFBB Pro League Special Events

The Scoop: Recently announced: Once again, bodybuilding fans will get the chance to peek at the gym methods of IFBB Pro League Athletes at the 2010 Europa Super Show in Dallas, TX, this weekend (August 14). The "Watch the Pros Train" event occurs in a gym setup at the expo portion of the fitness weekend, where attendees can catch glimpses of pro bodybuilders, figure and fitness athletes going through live intense training sessions.

The "So What?": Scheduled to appear at the Dallas Convention Center are IFBB Pro Branch Warren, Iris Kyle and Andy Haman, among others. The Europa promoters have made "Watch the Pro Train" a fixture at all their IFBB Pro events throughout the year, including the Battle of Champions Show in Hartford, CT, and the Show of Champions in Orlando, FL.

Andrew Oye's verdict: An icon of hardcore training, Branch Warren is always a big draw at such events.
