The Item: Career Updates, Special Appearances, Pro Seminar
The Scoop: Recently announced: IFBB Pro Jay Cutler makes a special appearance at the Los Angeles Fitness Expo this weekend (January 29). The reigning Mr. Olympia joins other athletes, celebs and fans at the L.A. Convention Center for a barrage of sports, fitness and bodybuilding competitions and events.
The "So What?": The expo guest list also includes Hollywood personality Carmen Electra, MMA star Chuck Liddell, and IFBB Pro Lou Ferrigno. Always an anticipated expo guest, Cutler will host a seminar called 

"The Winning Attitude,"
 during which he shares aspects of his competitive career and training philosophies.
Andrew Oye's Verdict: Part of Cutler's appeal at seminars of this sort is that he knows, better than many in pro bodybuilding, about maintaining a winning attitude while trying to secure the elusive 1st place throne. Cutler placed 2nd in the Mr. Olympia contest six times before finally winning the title for the first time in 2006
