[Editor's Note: It's time to pump up your chest volume with Cory's Gregory's latest fiendish workout. This time, it's bench presses and flyes until you ready to cry, then a mind-bending core workout of extensions, crunches, and good mornings to toughen up that core. See ya on the other side!]


Workout Overview:

Incline Bench Press-10 sets of 10 reps


Flat Bench Dumbbells-10 sets of 10 reps


Chest Fly machine -10 sets of 10 reps (hold for a 3 count at the top)

Core Workout

Low Back extensions-40 reps


Weighted crunches-50 reps


Banded good mornings-30 reps


Toes to bars 15 reps

3 sets




Workout:
