The Item: Fitness Industry Event, Special Appearances
The Scoop: Just Announced: The Los Angeles Fitness Expo convenes on the Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend (January 19-20). The Fit Expo LA includes bodybuilding, physique, figure, bikini, strongman and CrossFit contests, fitness and nutrition seminars, as well as powerlifting, martial arts demos and MMA fights. Exhibitor booths feature fitness, sports and nutrition products.
The "So What?": The LA Fit Expo guest list includes athletes, fighters, fitness models, and master trainers.
