Comments:    As with most cytosport products they taste good. Downside with this one is it bloats me and gave me horrible gas. Because of this I am not sure how much of it I am actually being absorbed.

Comments:    Tastes really good and mixes easily in a shaker (no blender required). Using this after my lunchtime workout and muscle milk before bed helped me gain 12 pounds of muscle while losing almost 2 inches from my waist in about 5 months.
