This pre-workout formula contains a creatine matrix (creatine ethyl ester HCL, dicreatine aspartate, and creatine monohydrate) linked to a NO-potentiating complex of L-arginine orotate and L-arginine-AKG) for enhanced nutrient delivery and muscle pump. In addition, it contains t-taurine for added cell volumization and beta alanine as a lactic acid buffer, plus some stimulant content.

Recommended Usage: On training days, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or juic 30-40 minutes prior to training on an empty stomach. On non-workout days, take 1 scoop with 8 oz of water. For best results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake for one hour after taking Cold Fusion EX. To maximize your muscle building efforts, be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, and consume a well balanced diet that is high in protein. Consistency with your diet and workout program is the key to building the body that you want. To insure you get the most out of each and every workout, always use Cold Fusion EX. While each person is different, you should begin to feel the effects of Cold Fusion EX within 10-15 minutes. While not every person will experience it, for most people you will feel the tingle that tell you cold Fusion EX is hard at work pushing you past plateaus and to new levels of size and strength!
Caution: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 3 hours of bed time. Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by using half the recommended dose (1-2 scoops) to help assess their tolerance.

Comments:    this is a greeat NO potentiator. The pumps I recieved from this product were full and long lasting. Furthermore the taste is great and it does mix very well. Will probably buy 6 months worth @ this price!

Comments:    I will never buy this product again. It works great, better than any NO product I've tried - your whole body tingles and I normally can barely feel anything with other supplements. That said, the taste is just simply wretched. It mixes poorly, so you are drinking an awful chalky substance. You don't drink a trivial amount of it either - two to three scoops is the recommended dose. I couldn't finish it.

Comments:    First cycle using this and I knew it was working when my whole body started to tingle. It was a very intense feeling, and the feeling poured over into my workouts. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a good mix of NO2 and Creatine.
