Creatine ethyl ester is creatine monohydrate with an ester attached to make creatine more soluble, so that it can pass unmediated directly through the cell wall. The efficacy of this mechanism of action is the subject of much debate in bodybuilding circles. CellMass also contains 2000 mg per serving of Glutamine-AKG, plus a matrix of sugar-free insulinogenic compounds for help on the nutrient-delivery side.

Recommended Usage:Training days: serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach). Non-Training Days: Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of water or any beverage of your choice upon waking (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of cold water or beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours after your first serving (on an empty stomach).
Warnings: Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, egg, soybeans, wheat, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts, and peanut flavor. Before consuming CELLMASS seek advice from a health care practitioner if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke; heart, liver, or thyroid disease; anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other medication. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. Please be aware this product contains the naturally occurring amino acid Beta-Alanine, which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals similar to niacin flush. This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use. Although rare, individuals with genetic disorder hyper Beta-Alanine should not use this product. CELLMASS is only intended for use by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Comments:    Way overpriced. You can purchase much cheaper products and see the same limited results. Creatine blends offered at mass retailers, at least for me, have yielded more strength and mass at a fraction of the cost.

Comments:    Not what I hoped for. Too high priced for the weak effects you get from it. I went through a few containers, and the improvements were negligable. I got much better results from Optimum Nutrition's Vassive CE. Better bang for your buck.

Comments:    Tastes great for starters...as another reviewer said, I would almost drink this even if it wasn't a supp. Secondly I got great results from this. I didn't cramp, I went up in gains on all exercises and I don't fatigue as quickly with this. I personally like this product over any of the other Creatine products I have used. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is the price.

Comments:    Just started today so only result i feel so far is tightness and muscles are harder longer after workout than without it; the taste is INCREDICBLE, artic berry blast kinda tasted like watermelons...i would drink it for fun...the best tasting creatine i ever had..ill repost results in 2 weeks!

Comments:    This is the first creatine product I tried, and really noticed a difference. My muscles are fuller, and firmer. I also felt like I didn't fatigue nearly as fast at the gym. Price seems a bit high for a CEE though?

Comments:    I have to say when taking this product my muscles felt tighter and I could tell they were getting bigger as I kept lifting 3 times a week and taking CellMass after my lifting days. I have noticed an increase in my bench, squats, deadlifts, etc. Everything has gone up, not down. Plus, i have been lifting for over 5 years now by not taking anything, and taking CellMass has increased my bench, squat, etc. quicker than before taking nothing doing the same workout. I recommend taking CellMass if you want to increase your strength.

Comments:    It has a great tast, im not sure if alot of the gains ive gottin where from this because im stcking it with N.O. Explode, and Nitrix. But what i can say is that it tast great and ive gained 7 lbs of muscle after only two weeks.

Comments:    This is an decent creatine, although individual's bodies are different so some people might have no reaction to ethyl ester type creatine. If your body is not immune to this like mine seems to be I would give it a shot, alot of other trainers at the gym recommend this and swear by its added strength. But beware many people do not respond to ethyl ester creatines..
