    More than an omega-3 supplement, Animal Omega contains those essential fatty acids, and the other essential EFA’s, omega 6. Its omega 3 complex is derived from flaxseed and 5 different cold water fish sources, including salmon and cod. The omega 6 is a product of borage oil, safflower, evening primrose and sesamin.
