Amount Per Serving: Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 1,000IU, Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone) 90mcg, Calcium (from Calcium Citrate) 1.0g (1,000mg), Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 500mg, ConcenTrace Trace Minerals (with Alfalfa) 100mg.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
