Recommended Usage: Take 3 capsules twice daily.
On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with water Prior to training and another serving within 30 minutes after training.
On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the AM and another serving in the PM. C2 can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. Store in a cool dry place. Protect from heat, light, and moisture.
