Blue Sky Complex 2200mg: Quercetin, Ginkgo Biloba (Extracted for Ginkgo Flavone Glycosides and Terpenes), Grape Seed (Extracted for 95% OPC), Epimedium Sagittatum (Extracted for 50% lcariin), Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), Griffonia Simplicifolia Extract, Apigenin (98% Extract) and Perilla Frutescens (Extracted for 23% Luteolin).

Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate and Artificial Colors.

Recommended Usage: Initial (First Serving Only) Instructions: To assess your individual tolerance to the formula, take 1 tablet 60 minutes before working out. Directions: Take 5 Tablets, once per day, 60 minutes before your workout and anytime on non-workout days. After every 2 bottles (2 months), cycle off for 2 weeks before reintroducing this supplement back into your daily routine. For best results, Blue Gene should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
Warnings: You should not take this product if you have any prior medical conditions, including diabetes or high blood pressure. Consult your doctor before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Do not purchase if safety seal is broken.

Comments:    I love that I get cissus from this product. It definately has some great properties. And I love it even more that I get lots and lots of carnitine, two kinds even! This definately aids my workouts and even makes me sweat a little more than usual. Overall I feel that this is a great product, although rather mild, for being a natural matrix.
