My Story: I did 4 weeks of Body Beast by Sagi Kalev and the last 4 weeks I was back in the gym doing DTP by Kris Gethin. Cut all pasta, rice, bread and junk I was eating to get in shape. Eating super healthy and exercising 2x as hard. 1 day lifting, 1 day cardio, 1 day lift, 1 day cardio, rest and repeat.
