How long: 4 months
I weighed 210 and would eat whatever I wanted. I was working out 4-5 days a week but would eat fast food and junk food all the time. Finally I decided its time to stop, I said to myself it's time for a change. I got on a strict diet of meats and veggies put in the effort to stay on that diet for 4 months and workout 6 days a week and I lost 30 pounds and 2 inches off my waist and got a lot stronger in the process. Went from benching 225 to benching 265 and my stamina is better than its ever been. I can't ever see myself going back to where I was and I realize what eating right can do for you!
