My Story: I wish I had started caring about myself when I was younger, but at 50 I decided it was time to focus on me. I knew I was not the person I saw in mirror... I was lost somewhere in the FAT. Portion control, healthy clean choices, cardio and weight training--basically eating less and moving more were the magic keys to my weight loss and finding me again. I will NEVER go back!!! Oh and the menopause excuses....ya.... not an excuse!!! :)
