Current Weight: 222 lbs

My Story: I love working out but when I got married and we had kids never had time to lift weights. In 2 years my weight jumped up to 270pounds!!!!!! I couldn't believe it but then they put a 24hour gym down the street, I would go after work at 11pm to 1am. I watched what I ate; pretty much high protein /low carb diet. Lifted some heavy weight and hit up the cardio. Now I'm down to 222 pounds. I started in Jan. so I'm not doing so bad.
