My Story: I've always been over weight my whole life. My weight never really bothered me until college when I really started to mature. I started to realize that it sucked being fat. It sucked not being able to do certain things because of my weight. I also didn't want to end up like one of those obese parents who couldn't do things with their kids because they were too fat. So my sophomore year of college I decided to turn my life around. I began by changing my diet and lifting weights 4 or 5 days a week. In the first year I lost 104lbs. I did all of this with barely any cardio. Then after that I maintained my weight for a little while but after summer of 2012 I was back to 198lbs. Around September of 2012 I decided to lose weight again and by January of 2013 I was down to 181lbs. I did all of this by lifting weights 5 or 6 days a week and doing at least 20 minutes of cardio 4 or 5 days a week.
