My Story: When I was pregnant with my son, I gained close to 100 lbs. The past 2 years, I have been workout out whenever I felt like it, not really giving it my all and definitely not eating healthy. I always made excuses about being sick, body hurting, having too many other things to do, and being tired because I didn't want to go to the gym. I was paying for a trainer and lost about 10 lbs but nothing like I wanted or needed. I saw an advertisement for Jamie Eason's 12 week program and started reading on it and watching the videos. I was nervous about starting it because she was already thin and I wasn't. I started seeing results instantly with my health and energy. I have never felt better. I finished the 12 weeks the weekend before Thanksgiving and restarted Phase 2 again. I LOVE IT THAT MUCH, especially being able to see my body constantly changing. September 2011 I was 205 lbs. December 6, 2011 I weighed in at 162 lbs. I went from a size 20 to a slim 10.
