My Story: Since 2003 I have had things working against me: father time and being confined to a wheelchair. I wasn't 18 anymore and eating fast food and junk food all the time wasn't going to cut it. I had gotten so big that my hips were rubbing the sides of my tires as I rolled around. Then, I started going to a local gym. I got on the scale and I weighed 235lbs and 29.7% body fat. One of the worst and sickening feelings I ever had. I said to myself "never again." So I cleaned my diet up, started weight training and doing cardio, and now I am down to 167lbs and 12.7% body fat and still pushing both figuratively and literally, every day.
