My Story: I was always an athlete and good shape growing up. I got really bad with drugs and alcohol, smoked cigarettes for 14 years. When I quit everything in 2008, I kept eating and got way out of shape. My heaviest was 257 but the only pic I could find was a little after I started my transformation. I started the first year eating clean and cardio. Setting small goals; run 1 mile, then 5k race, 10k race, and I decided to train for my first half marathon! After I got to 170, I started taking more supplements and strength training more to build muscle. I still run-just did my 3rd half marathon, and I am training for Tough Mudder Pittsburgh this August!
