My Story: I was planning on getting this done a few months earlier, but I was not getting a lot of cardio in lol. I also wanted to get a little more off, but I was getting way too light! I learned so much that I can use for the rest of my life now, so that's amazing. I noticed only a little bit of a strength loss, but I wasn't really that strong to begin with. I focused a lot on improving my form which probably helped. I really got better depth on my squat especially. But my lifts right now are: Deep Squat: 165x5; Deadlift 285x5; Press: 135x5; Bench: 170x5. Not too bad for my weight, but I've got a long ways to go!
