My Story: I always said to myself i wanted to have abs and be lean. So last summer I finally started dieting and started losing weight one set back i had was i tore two tendons in my chest while i was bench pressing. I had to go into surgery and get them reattached. but that didn't stop me i was in the gym in a sling doing some sort of cardio and leg work out just to lose weight.
