My Story: I have always been an athletic guy. I rarely miss a training day. I could probably count the days missed in the last 5 years on one hand. I'm no stranger to diet and nutrition either but in the last year I got into a competitive radiology program. With all the extra work added onto being a single father, my diet went out the window for a lil while. I found myself strong but too tubby. I entered a transformation contest to get extra motivation over time the competitive monster inside of me grew again. The more things held me back, the harder I pushed. I made it to the lowest bodyfat I've ever been and maintained my strength through it all. Now, I took a small break from dieting to take finals and will be shooting for sub 6% bf by the end of summer. Here's a video of me training at 185 lbs around 7.5% bf the week after my photos were shot.
