My Story: I used to be fat and be made fun of by friends throughout high school. When college started I developed a mentality to become something better, omeone that I could only envision. I started weight lifting on April 20th, 2009 after my big breakup and since then I have made it into a lifestyle. I love the gym and the energy it gives me. And even today I've inspired a lot of my friends who haven't seen me for awhile to pick up a gym membership. Changes can be made regardless of your weights, it is your mentality that hinders you so.
